At an extraordinary general meeting of the above named company convened and held at the offices of Burton Sweet Corporate Recovery, First Floor, 141 Whiteladies Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2QB on 5 October 2016 the following special resolution numbered one and the ordinary resolution numbered two were passed:

1. “That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the company be wound up voluntarily” and

2. “That Graham Lindsay Down (IP no 6600) of Burton Sweet Corporate Recovery, First Floor, 141 Whiteladies Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2QB, tel: 0117 914 2058; e-mail: enquiries@bscorprecovery.co.uk be appointed as Liquidator of the company for the purpose of such winding up”.
