A Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh (Court Ref: EDI-B777-18) by Sara McKinney of Grasandsvagen, 191101, 12353, Farsta, Stockholm and craving the Court, inter alia, that Darvel Construction Limited, formerly having its registered office at 23b Magdalene Drive, Edinburgh, EH15 3DT, (Company No. SC359809) (the "Company") be restored to the Register of Companies, and thereafter the Company be wound up by the Court and that Stuart Preston of Grant Thornton LLP, 7 Exchange Crescent, Conference Square, Edinburgh, EH3 8AN be appointed interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 22 June 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
