A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of De Weyer Limited (Company No. 09050488) whose registered office address is at 2 Park Street, Chelsea Creek, London SW6 2FN, presented on Monday 5 September 2016 by FOURNIER SA, 18, Rue Des Vernaies, 74230 Thones, France, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Bankruptcy Court (Central London) of Thomas More Building, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on Monday, 31 October 2016, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Friday, 28 October 2016.
