At a meeting of the Members of the above named Company duly convened and held at The Derwent Business Centre, Clarke Street, Derby, DE1 2BU on 04 February 2016 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Gwinnutt, of Cirrus Professional Services, Unit 30, The Derwent Business Centre, Clarke Street, Derby, DE1 2BU, (IP No 8877) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
