NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 109 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that on 4 February 2026 the above-named company was placed into members’ voluntary liquidation and Darren Edwards was appointed Liquidator. The company is presently expected to be able to pay its known liabilities in full.

NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors are required, on or before 5 March 2026, to send to the Liquidator of the Company, Darren Edwards (IP No: 10350) of Exigen Group Limited, Warehouse W, 3 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Docks, London, E16 1BD, their statement of claim together with documentary evidence of that claim in accordance with Rule 7.16 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018. It should be noted that, if a creditor does not deliver its claim to the Liquidator at the latest of 8 weeks before the end of the first accounting period, the Liquidator may make any distributions to creditors or shareholders that they think fits without regard to the claim of any such creditor.
