At a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Regus, Atlantic House, Imperial Way, Reading, RG2 0TD on 08 September 2016 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alex Dunton, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, One Victoria Square, Birmingham, B1 1BD, (IP No. 13810) be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
