At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Best Western Deincourt Hotel, London Road, Newark, NG24 1TF, on 09 September 2016 the following subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:

“That M Jacobson of Streets SPW, Gable House, 239 Regents Park Road, London N3 3LF be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up” and that at a later meeting of creditors the following resolution was passed: “That M Jacobson, of Streets SPW, Gable House, 239 Regents Park Road, London N3 3LF and P Zalkin, of Quantuma LLP, Vernon House, 23 Sicilian Avenue, London, WC1A 2QS, (IP Nos. 11590 and 18612) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winging-up. The creditors resolved that the liquidators are to act either jointly or separately.”
