At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 4.30pm on 16 April 2019 at Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham GL51 0UX the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and "that Peter Frost (IP No 8935) and Victor Ellaby (IP No 8020) of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham GL51 0UX be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
