Notice is hereby given that we, Anthony Davidson and Andrew McTear , both of McTear Williams & Wood, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich NR1 3DT, (IP Nos. 11730 and 7242) were appointed Joint Liquidators of Dormant Company 05491633 Limited formerly DTEC Site Services Limited by the Secretary of State on 07 October 2016. A meeting of creditors of the above named Company will be held at Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich NR1 3DT on 13 December 2016 at 1.00 pm. The meeting has been summoned by the Joint Liquidator for the purposes of appointing a creditors committee should creditors wish and if no committee is appointed to fix the remuneration of the Liquidator as set out in the fee proposal and approve the recovery of category 2 disbursements. A creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a creditor.

Proxies and proof of debt to be used at the meeting should be lodged at Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich NR1 3DT no later than 12 noon on the business day immediately before the meeting.
