Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 10 February 2026, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Darren Edward of Exigen Group Limited, Warehouse W, 3 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria docks, London E16 1BD, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of winding up the Company.”

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held later the same day, creditors appointed Laurence Pagden (IP No. 9055) and Giuseppe Parla (IP No. 24352) both of Menzies LLP, 4th Floor, 95 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7AB as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.
