Pursuant to Rule 11.2 of The Insolvency Rules 1986, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Liquidator proposes declaring a dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company.

The last date for proving debts against the Company is 30 November 2016, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, 4th Floor, 4 Victoria Square, St Albans, Herts, AL1 3TF, the Liquidator of the Company. Notice is further given that the Liquidator intends declaring an interim dividend within 2 months of the last date for proving.
