NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a meeting of creditors of E1 Living Limited will be held at the offices of BDO LLP, 2 City Place, Beehive Ring Road, Gatwick, West Sussex, RH6 OPA on 29 January at 10.30am for the purpose of agreeing the Joint Liquidators' fees.

The following resolutions will be placed before the meeting:

That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to draw their remuneration based on the time costs incurred by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in respect of the liquidation, as set out in the fee estimate.

That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to draw category 2 disbursements in respect of postage, stationery, photocopying charges, telephone, fax and other electronic communications on the basis of ÂŁ5.00 per creditor per annum, plus VAT.

That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to discharge mileage expenses calculated at 45p per mile from the funds held in the Liquidation.

That creditors consider and if thought fit appoint a liquidation committee to assist the Joint Liquidators (such a committee must comprise of between 3 and 5 creditors).

A creditor entitled to vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in the creditor's stead.

Proxy forms must be submitted to the offices of BDO LLP, 2 City Place, Beehive Ring Road, Gatwick, West Sussex, RH6 OPA by no later than 12 noon on 28 January 2016 to entitle you to vote on the resolutions.
