Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 137 of the Insolvency Act 1986, Barry John Ward (IP no 2700) of Ward Sheldrake Consultancy, Lower Barrow Kiln, Acton Mill Lane, Suckley, Worcester WR6 5EJ was appointed as Liquidator of the above winding-up in place of the Official Receiver on 19 June 2013 by the Secretary of State, following the making of a winding up order on 5 November 2012.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator to take place on Thursday 8th September 2016 at 11.00 am at Lower Barrow Kiln, Acton Mill Lane, Suckley, Worcester WR6 5EJ, for the purpose of placing a resolution before the meeting to determine the basis of the Liquidator's remuneration. To be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must ensure that their proxies and hitherto un-lodged proofs are lodged with the Liquidator at his postal address, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the date fixed for the meeting.
