Notice is hereby given in accordance with Rule 4.106A that I, Engin Faik, of Cornerstone Business Recovery, 136 Hertford Road, Enfield, Middlesex EN3 5AX and James Ashley Dowers, both of DDJ Insolvency Limited, Alpha House, 100 Borough High Street, London, SE1 1LB, (IP Nos. 9635 and 14450) were appointed Joint Liquidators of Elston Germain Davidson Services (UK) Limited on 30 June 2016. Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above named Company, which is being wound up, are required, on or before 25 August 2016 to send in their full names, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to the Liquidators of the said Company, at Cornerstone Business Recovery, 136 Hertford Road, Enfield, Middlesex EN3 5AX and, if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidators, are, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution. No further public advertisement inviting creditors to prove their claims will be given.
