Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that the Joint Liquidators have summoned a general meeting of the Company’s creditors under Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 for the purpose of fixing the basis of the Joint Liquidator’s remuneration and the drawing of disbursements.
