Notice is hereby given that on 15 August 2017, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton by Jay Smith and Others craving the court inter alia that Employment Enterprise Consultancy Limited (company number SC247710), having their Registered Office at 4 Hamilton Road, Motherwell, ML1 1BB (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed, and that in the meantime Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP be appointed Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor of 15 August 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed the said Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with inter alia the powers contained in Paragraphs 4 and 5 in Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, including the power to dispose of and manage its assets; all of which notice is hereby given.
