Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended),that a meeting of creditors has been summoned for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. The meeting will be held at the offices of BM Advisory, 82 St John Street, London EC1M 4JN on 08 November 2016 at 10.15 am. In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies at the offices of BM Advisory, Arundel House, 1 Amberley Court, Whitworth Road, Crawley, RH11 7XL, by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form.

For the purposes of voting, a secured creditor is required (unless it surrenders it’s security) to lodge at the offices of BM Advisory, Arundel House, 1 Amberley Court, Whitworth Road, Crawley, RH11 7XL before the meeting, a statement giving particulars of its security, the date when it was given and the value at which it is assessed. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of BM Advisory, Arundel House, 1 Amberley Court, Whitworth Road, Crawley, RH11 7XL between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days prior to the day of the meeting. The resolutions at the creditors’ meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Joint Liquidators are to be remunerated. The meeting may receive information about, or be asked to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting.
