Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named company duly convened at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Springfield House, 76 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 2AY on 05 July 2016 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Allen and William Duncan , both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 4th Floor, Springfield House, 76 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 2AY, (IP No. 8740 and 6440) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up. That the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
