Notice is hereby given that on 29 July 2016 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh by Patrick Dean Limited craving the court inter alia that Ericht Fishing Ltd (Company No. SC472534) having its Registered Office at Crosshill House, Auchterarder, Perthshire, PH3 1LN (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that Donald McKinnon, Insolvency Practitioner of Wylie & Bisset LLP, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4TP be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition, The Lord Ordinary by Interlocutor dated 29 July 2016 ordained any interested persons, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Court of Session within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
