A meeting of creditors of the above-named company has been summoned by the liquidator under Article 124 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purposes of:

1. Receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding up

2. To confirm the release of Liz McKeown as Liquidator
