A Meeting of Creditors of the above named Company has been summoned under Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986,for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. The meeting will be held at Holiday Inn, Birmingham Airport, Coventry Road, Birmingham B26 3QW on 15 September 2016 at 10.30 am. Creditors must lodge a Proxy Form, together with a written Statement of Claim at G2 Advisory Limited, Tugby Orchards, Wood Lane, Tugby, Leicestershire, LE7 9WE, either by post to this address or email (sgarner@g2advisory.co.uk) - not later than 12.00 noon on the preceding day of the meeting to entitle them to vote at the Meeting. Notice is also given that Secured Creditors (unless they surrender their security) must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and its value if they wish to vote at the Meeting. The Resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated and to approve the basis of the Liquidator’s disbursements (alternatively the Liquidator may convene a further Meeting on a later date for the purpose of obtaining such Resolutions). In addition the meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the Meeting. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at G2 Advisory Limited, Tugby Orchards, Wood Lane, Tugby, Leicestershire LE7 9WE between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days preceding the meeting.
