“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Freddy Khalastchi and Mark Newton, both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT, (IP Nos 8752 and 9732) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
