“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Duncan (IP No. 9319) and Steven Illes (IP No. 23730) both of MHA, 6th Floor, 2 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
