Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 22 June 2016 as a special resolution and ordinary resolutions respectively:

“That pursuant to Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 the company be wound up voluntarily and that Samuel J Talby and Julie Swan, both of PCR (Bristol) LLP, 77A Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2DP, (IP Nos: 9404 and 9168) be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 22 June 2016 the appointment of Samuel Talby and Julie Swan as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
