“That the Company would be wound up voluntarily and that Bai Cham and Richard Toone, both of CVR Global LLP, New Fetter Place West, 55 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1AA, (IP Nos 18052 and 9146) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
