Pursuant to Rule 4.19(4) of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, I, Kenneth R Craig, of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2nd Floor, Excel House, Semple Street, Edinburgh EH3 8BL, (IP No. 8584), give notice that on 13 October 2016, I was appointed as Liquidator of the above company by a resolution of a meeting of the creditors. A liquidation committee was not established. It is not my intention to summon a further meeting of creditors to establish a liquidation committee unless requested to do so by one tenth in value of the company’s creditors. All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me by 13 April 2017.
