“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that A D Cadwallader and N A Bennett , both of Leonard Curtis, 5th Floor, Grove House, 248a Marylebone Road, London NW1 6BB, (IP Nos 9501 and 9083) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
