“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Anthony Lowe (IP No. 009513) and Yasmin Bhikha (IP No. 19972) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
