NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company, whose registered office is at Invision House, Wilbury Way, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 0TY and whose principal trading address is at The I O Centre, Hearle Way, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9EW will be held at The Old Brewhouse, 49-51 Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 8AN on the 12th October 2016 at 11.00 am. A full statement of the position of the company's affairs, together with a list of the creditors of the company and the estimated amount of their claims will be laid before creditors and for the purpose, if thought fit, of nominating a liquidator and of appointing a liquidation committee. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the company at The Old Brewhouse, 49-51 Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 8AN not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting. Proxies received by fax by that time will be accepted.

On the two business days falling next before the day on which the meeting is to be held, a list of the names and addresses of the company's creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the office of Hayley Maddison, licensed insolvency practitioner (IP No. 10372) and Director of Maidment Judd, The Old Brewhouse, 49-51 Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 8AN, Telephone No. 01582 469700. Notice is given that, for the purpose of voting, secured creditors must (unless they surrender their security), lodge at the said registered office of the company before the meeting, a statement giving particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the value at which it is assessed.
