At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company duly convened and held at the offices of PJG Recovery (NI) Limited, 9 Gibson’s Lane, Newtownards, Co Down BT23 4LJ on 28 October 2016, the following special resolution was duly passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind-up the same and accordingly the Company be wound up voluntarily.”

It is further resolved that Melanie R Giles of PJG Recovery (NI) Limited, 9 Gibson’s Lane, Newtownards BT23 4LJ be appointed Liquidator of the Company.
