“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that J N Bleazard, of XL Business Solutions Limited, Premier House, Bradford Road, Cleckheaton, BD19 3TT, (IP No. 09354), be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
