Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 18 March 2016, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Timothy Frank Corfield,(IP No. 8202) of Griffin & King, 26/28 Goodall Street, Walsall, West Midlands, WS1 1QL be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the meeting resolved as a Special Resolution to approve a declaration of a distribution in specie in respect of the debt due to the Company from Brickford Truck Hire Limited of £766,773.87 in total or £255,591.29 to each Member of the Company when the duly appointed Liquidator determines that is appropriate.”
