At a General Meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Premier Inn, 15 Bath Road, Hounslow TW6 2AB on 28 September 2016 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been resolved by Special Resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alex Dunton, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH, (IP No 13810) be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
