By Order of the Board, notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of FRP Advisory LLP, Suite 2B Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1UD, on 27 October 2016, at 10.15 am for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act.
