Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a General Meeting of the above named Company will be held at Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY, on 02 November 2016, at 11.00 am for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee, or in the event that a committee is not established, resolving: “That the Joint Liquidators are authorised to be remunerated on a different basis depending upon the work being undertaken, as detailed in the attached fee approval report dated 12 October 2016. The Joint Liquidators will charge fees on the following basis: A fixed fee of £10,000 plus VAT in respect of administration, statutory and general creditor related work; 15% of the assets realised and a further 5% of any distributions in respect of assets recovery work; Agreeing the Liquidator’s Category 2 Disbursements.” Proofs and proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the meeting.
