At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Peter House, Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 5AN on 28 October 2016 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Reeves , of Fortis Insolvency Limited, Peter House, Oxford Street, Manchester M1 5AN, (IP No 7882) be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.” At a meeting of Creditors held on the same date at the same location, the above resolutions were ratified by creditors, and the appointment as liquidator of Michael Reeves of Fortis Insolvency Limited, Peter House, Oxford Street, Manchester M1 5AN was confirmed.
