In accordance with Rule 4.106A Craig Povey and Richard Toone, both of Lonsdale, High Street, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 4AD, (IP Nos. 9665 and 9146) give notice that we were appointed Joint Liquidators of Glenfield Motor Spares Limited on 26 July 2016. Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above named Company, which is being wound up, are required on or before 30 September 2016, to send in their full names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any) to the Joint Liquidators of the said Company, at Three Brindleyplace, 2nd Floor, Birmingham, B1 2JB and, if so required by notice in writing from the Joint Liquidators are, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.

No further public advertisement inviting creditors to prove their claims will be given.
