“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Gregory Mullarkey and David Paul Appleby, both of Bennett Jones Insolvency, 18-22 Lloyd Street, Manchester, M2 5WA, (IP Nos 8976 and 6544) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”
