"That the company be wound up voluntarily. That Shay Lettice and Kate Merry of PEM, Salisbury House, Station Road, Cambridge, CB1 2LA, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of such winding up and that the joint liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation".
