At a GENERAL MEETING of Go Drill Limited duly convened and held at 17 Parkhill Way, Dyce, Aberdeen, AB21 7FL on 5 April 2016 the following Resolution was passed as a Special Resolution.

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Derek Grant, Chapelshade House, 78-84 Bell Street, Dundee be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
