“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Laurence Pagden,(IP No. 009055) of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LT and David Robert Thurgood,(IP No. 9170) of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
