At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 92 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1FB on 12 August 2016, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That it has been resolved by Special Resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sajid Sattar,(IP No. 15590) of Greenfield Recovery Limited, One Victoria Square, Birmingham, B1 1BD be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."
