“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Robert Thurgood and Simon James Underwood , both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT, (IP Nos 9170 and 2603) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
