NOTICE is hereby given that on 8th August 2016 a Petition by Hall and Robertson (Homes) Limited, Company No. SC255710, registered office address The Office Crimond Airfield, Crimond, Fraserburgh, AB43 8QQ was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Peterhead craving the Court inter alia to order that the said Hall and Robertson (Homes) Limited be wound up by the Court and to appoint Provisional Liquidators and Interim Liquidators of the said Company, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 8th August 2016 ordered all parties desirous of opposing said Petition to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk in Peterhead within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and in the meantime until the prayer of the Petition has been granted or refused nominated Geoffrey Isaac Jacobs and Jonathan Charles Marston to be Provisional Liquidators of the Company.
