At a General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the registered office of the company situated at 1-3 Valley Drive, Kingsbury, London NW9 9NG on 2 August 2016, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed, viz:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that D M Patel of Baltic House, 4-5 Baltic Street East, London EC1Y 0UJ, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of the winding up”.
