At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Three Brinleyplace, 2nd Floor, Birmingham, B1 2JB on 03 October 2016, at 2.45 pm, the following Special and Ordinary Resolutions were duly passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee Michael De'ath,(IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex CO3 3AD and Kay Possart,(IP No. 8837) of CVR Global LLP, Three Brindleyplace, 2nd Floor, Birmingham, B1 2JB be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
