“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Emma Bower and Fiona Grant, both of Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS, (IP No. 17650 and 9444), be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.” The appointments of Emma Bower and Fiona Grant were confirmed by the creditors.
