I hereby give notice, in accordance with Rule 11.02 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991, that it is my intention to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the above named company no later than four months from the last date of proving of 23 March 2026.

If you have not already done so, you must submit a formal claim in order to be considered for the dividend. If you have submitted an invoice or other documents you must still submit a formal claim. If you wish to do so, you are required on or before 23 March 2026, the last date for proving, to provide a proof of debt to the Joint Liquidators, by email to uk_creditorservices@pwc.com or by post to the offices of PwC LLP, Merchant Square, 20-22 Wellington Place Belfast BT1 6GE and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved their debt by the last date for proving may be excluded from the dividend.
