Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986,that a Meeting of Creditors of the above named Company will be held at The Wesley Euston Hotel & Conference Venue, 81-103 Euston Street, London NW1 2EZ on 21 October 2016 at 11.15 am for the purposes provided for in Section 99, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. The meeting may also receive information about, or may be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged not later than 12.00 noon on 20 October 2016 at Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lancaster House, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton, BL1 4QZ.
