A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Unit 24 Heathfield Industrial Estate, Stacey Bushes, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK12 6HP presented on 24th August 2016 by IDEAL RECRUIT LIMITED of Unit 12 Quays Reach, Carolina Way, Salford Quays, Salford, Manchester M50 2ZY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Manchester District Registry, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 17th October 2016 at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 14 October 2016.
